Pharmacy Council of India arranged upskilling and certification program of LSSSDC along with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship under funding support from PMKVY 4.0 at Pushpagiri College of Pharmacy, which is one among the 14 approved centers in the state of Kerala. The training program was scheduled for 30 hours from 17.01.2025 to 20.01.2025. The session commenced by an inaugural function arranged in Mar Theophilus Annexe auditorium. Rev. Fr. Aby Vadakkumthala, Director Institutions, presided over the function. Dr. Aju Joseph Kurian, Asst. Drugs Controller, Kollam, inaugurated the function. Dr. Santhosh M. Mathews, Principal, Mrs. Syarmala Sunil, Ward Member-Peringara Grama Panchayat, Dr. Christy K Jose, SPoC and Mrs. Preethu P John, Certified Trainer, addressed the gathering. 30 trainees including our faculty attended the session. The training was conducted strictly following the guidelines provided by the respective authorities. The training session started with a Pre assessment and Orientation. Assessments, Group activities were conducted on each day of the training. The final day was for the Final Assessment which was conducted by PCI designated person.
